Recording to a Memory Card

You can use the camera's memory card slot to set up an automatic
recording solution. The memory card stores images and short videos
captured by the camera during alarm motion detection events. The
camera supports either SD or Micro-SD memory card of up to 32GB.
Refer to the camera's quick start guide to find out what type of
memory card slot it has and where the slot is located on the camera.
Before recording, we recommend copying all the data stored on the
memory card to your computer and formatting the memory card from
the camera. To reformat your memory card, see page 31.
Setting up Motion Detection
Recording
1. Insert a memory card into the camera, if you haven't done so.
2. Under "LAN", click the
Camera Settings screen.

3. Click the Alarm tab.
4. Click the "Enable Alarm" checkbox and then click the "Motion
Detection" checkbox.
5. You can adjust the default motion detection sensitivity level using
the Sensitivity drop-down list. The higher the level (with 0 being
lowest and 10 being highest), the more sensitive the camera is
to movement. Try out different sensitivity levels to find one that's
the
optimal for your camera's particular location.
