Pack Wheel Bearings
Inspect Brakes
Inspect Safety Chains
Inspect Brake Wiring
Inspect Tires
Inspect Hitch Components
Lubricate Locks
Lubricate Coupler Latch and Socket
Lubricate Hinges
Inspect and Clean Vents
Torque Lug Nuts*
Sanitize Water Tank (if trailer has been stored)
Clean Drapes and Interior Fabrics
Clean Battery Cables and Terminals, Check
Fluid Levels
Inspect Suspension
Check All Top Sealed Seams (including
Baggage Doors, Slideout Windows, Patio
Lights, Vents, Awning Rails, Gutter Rails,
Corner Moldings, Roof Extrusions and Rack/
Ladder Brackets). Reseal as Needed**
Check Water System Components

Balance Tires (After 1
Required Thereafter)
Complete LPG System Check and Pressure
Check
Visually Inspect Exposed LPG System
Components
Visually Inspect Slideout Room Tubes
*From the factory, lug nuts should be tightened every 50 miles for the first 200 miles to between 90 to 95
ft.-lbs.
**Leaks or water damage resulting from failure to perform normal maintenance may void the warranty.
