Baking/roasting
1. Prepare oven.
Position the rack(s) properly. For correct
rack placement, see "Rack positions" on
page 28 and "Rack placement" chart on
page 29. When roasting, place food in
the oven. For large roasts and turkeys,
place rack in position 1 (closest to oven
bottom).
2. Choose setting.
3. Set temperature (optional).
Do this step if you want to set a tempera-
ture other than 350°F.
