Turn on Transceiver
-Press and hold 'Pwr" button (2 sec)
[ Quick Press ] POWER button to turn on the transceiver
- Adjust volume and squelch to taste.
You have no way to know what changes may have been made and
left on the IC-718 the last time it is used.
Therefore it is important to check both the 'Quick Set' and 'Settings'
Avoid errors, accept no interruptions when performing these checklists
