'Initial Set' mode – Scan speed p. 45
One uses the [ Up ] & [ Dwn ] Buttons to navigate to navigate
to Scan spd
Rotating the main tuning knob to set Hi or Lo.
Sets the rate of scanning frequencies or memories
Default is 'Hi'
