'Quick Set' - Vox delay
[ Press & Hold ] 1sec, [ SET ] button to enter 'Quick Set' mode
Use the [ Up ] & [ Dwn ] Buttons to navigate to 'Vox delay'
Rotate main tuning knob to adjust Vox delay to any delay
between 0 and 2 seconds in 0.1 increments
