5.1. CID Event code

100 - Panel emergency
When the red EMERGENCY Panel
button is pressed.
101 - Personal emergency
When the Wrist Transmitter (WTR) or
Emergency Pendant is pressed.
111 - Smoke emergency
When the Smoke Detector (SD) is
triggered.
147 - Sensor Supervisor Failure
When IC2020 is unable to receive the
signal transmitted from the Wrist
Transmitter for a pre-set period by
Command #49.
154 - Water emergency
When the Water Sensor (WS) is
triggered
162 - Carbon Monoxide emergency
When the Carbon Monoxide Detector
(CO) is triggered
301 - Panel AC Failure
When AC power fails for more than 10
sec, Green LED flashes every sec
with a beep every 30 sec.
302 - Panel Low battery
When IC2020 is under Low Battery
status, Green LED flashes every 2 sec
with a beep every hour.
326 – Trouble code to supervisory
Report a trouble code to supervisory
when nurse is triggered.
333 - No WTR Learnt-in
When the IC2020 has no WTRB
learned-in previously.
373 - Smoke Low battery
When the Smoke Detector is under
Low Battery
flashes every 2 sec with 2 beeps.
380 - WTR Low Battery
When the Wrist Transmitter (WTR) or
Emergency Pendant is under Low
Battery Status, Green LED flashes
Status, Green LED
every 2 sec with 2 beeps.
384 - Other devices Low Battery
When other devices (except SD and
WTR) are under Low Battery Status,
Green LED flashes every 2 sec with 2
beeps whenever Low Battery signal is
received

406 - Emergency Cancel
When the White NURSE Button is
pressed while reporting to Monitoring
Center.
602 - Periodic test report
When the IC2020 makes periodic
Check-in reporting.
606 - Follow-On Function
When the IC2020 receives kiss-off
from Monitoring Center for opening
two-way voice channel.
611 - Global test
When the IC2020 reports Global Test
to Monitoring Center.
641 - Mobility
When the IC2020 makes Mobility
