10. COOLING CYCLE HEAVY REPAIR

10-1. Summary of Heavy Repair

Process
Remove
* Cut charging pipe ends (Comp. & Dryer) and
refrigerant
discharge refrigerant from drier and compressor.
Residuals
* Confirm refrigerant (R-134a or R-600a) and oil for
compressor and drier.
Parts
* Confirm N2 sealing and packing conditions before use.
replacement
Use good one for welding and assembly.

* Weld under nitrogen gas atmosphere.
* Repair in a clean and dry place.
* Evacuate for more than forty minutes after connecting
