Directory memory capacity

This telephone has a directory where you can store up to 25 telephone
numbers with names. Numbers can be up to 24 digits and names can be up
to 15 characters.

Store a directory entry

1. When the telephone is idle, press DIR
2. Press or
CID
/SELECT.
3. Press
MENU
4. When the screen displays ENTER NUMBER, use the
dialing keys to enter the telephone number (up to
24 digits).
• Press DELETE X to backspace and erase a digit.
• Press
CID
left or right.
• Press
REDIAL
dialing pause (a P appears).
• Press and hold REDIAL/
number dialed.
5. Press /SELECT.

When the screen displays ENTER NAME, use the

dialing keys to enter the name (up to 15 characters).
Additional key presses produce other characters on
that key.
• Press DELETE X to backspace and erase
a character.

/SELECT to save. Then the screen
