Using Email

Receive email

First, make sure you have set up your email as described on Page 13.
1. Open your mailbox:

Your email is downloaded automatically when it arrives. If an email is large, you'll be asked if you want to
download the rest.
3. Open an email:
Highlight an email and press
[Options]/Attachments to open it. If the icon is dimmed, then select [Options]/Retrieve to download it to the
phone.
Your Nokia E65 can open and edit Microsoft® Word® and PowerPoint® documents.
4. Deleting email:
Highlight an email or mark several emails. Then select [Options]/Delete msg. from:.
Then choose Phone and server to delete it on both your phone and the remote server. If you choose Phone
only, the email header will stay on your phone until the email is deleted on the remote server as well.
