Vodafone Business Email Service
With Vodafone Business Email you can access your personal email (ie. Yahoo!,
GoogleMail. or any POP3 or IMAP4 email service) and your corporate email (using
Microsoft® Exchange® or Lotus® Notes®).
To set up your phone to receive email, please follow the steps below. Make sure
you're in an area with good mobile coverage, and are signed up for the service.
If you haven't yet signed up, please contact Vodafone customer services on +44
(0) 8700 746464.
1. Personal email:
• Go to the main menu with the
Email, select Install, and follow the screens.
• First you need to agree to download the sync manager software on your
phone. Once the software is downloaded you'll be asked to accept the
licence agreement, and then it will install automatically.

2. Corporate email:
Use this option to access your company email, calender and contact information
provided through either Microsoft Windows® Outlook® (if using Microsoft
Exchange server®) or Lotus Notes® (if using IBM® Lotus Domino® Server).
This email service can be setup on a company's email server to enable company
staff to access their email at any time from their phone. In this case, your company
IT department is likely to be handling the set up process and you should contact
them with any queries.
Alternatively, you can download and install the Desktop Assistant on your PC. This
software forwards your email, calendar and contact information straight to your
phone, as long as your PC stays switched on and connected to your company
network. To access your email this way, go to www.vodafone.com/business/
mobile-email/uk on your PC.
3. Support:
You can get help in setting up your email by visiting www.vodafone.com/business/
mobile-email/uk. If you have already set up an account please log in using your
mobile phone number and the password which will have been sent to you.
