AV Operations

Common operations on AV screens

<AV Menu> screen

Selecting the playback source

• Available sources depend on the external
components you have connected, media you have
attached and the <Front AV Input> or <AV
Input> settings you have made (☞ page 66).
TUNER Switches to the radio broadcast (☞ pages 45
to 49)
DISC
Plays a disc (☞ pages 50 to 57)
SD
Plays files on an SD card (☞ pages 58 and 59)
USB *
Plays files on a USB device (☞ pages 58 and
59)
iPod * Plays an iPod/iPhone (☞ pages 60 to 62)
Front Switches to an external component connected
AV-IN to the AV-IN jack on the monitor panel

AV-IN Switches to an external component connected
to VIDEO IN/LINE IN jacks on the rear panel
(☞ page 63)
* "iPod" is shown as the source instead of "USB" when an
iPod/iPhone is connected.
