Batch registering users

Use the following procedure to perform a batch registration of multiple users.
• It is not possible to assign administrator authority when performing a batch registration
of multiple users. To set authority, change the information of each user after performing
a batch registration. (See "Changing user information" on page 58 in this guide.)
• You can register up to 100 users including the number of users for which user
information is already registered.

Create a CSV format file containing the information of the following items.

• Enter 5 to 16 alphanumeric characters for the user name.
• Enter 5 to 16 alphanumeric characters or symbols (".", " -", "_") for the password.
• The password is case-sensitive.
• Do not set a date of birth, employee number, or anything else that is easy to guess for
the password.
• Manage the password so that it cannot be used by anyone other than the user.
Enter a full name and email address if necessary. An email address needs to be entered if
notification email transmission is set. See "Notification email transmission settings" on page
