before Operating your Rosen Navigation System
1 Warnings and Safety information
Rosen Navigation is a navigation system that helps you find your way to your destination with a
connected GPS receiver. Rosen Navigation does not transmit your GPS position; others cannot track
you.
It
is important that you look at the display only when it
is
safe to do so.
If you are the driver of the vehicle, we recommend that you operate Rosen Navigation before
you start your journey. Plan the route before your departure and stop if you need to change
something in the route.
Rosen Navigation is not a substitute for your own personal judgment. The route suggestions are
made based on map and road information which was available at the time of release. Road
conditions can change without notice, therefore, always use your own personal judgment and safe
driving practices, including observation of Local, State, and Federal Laws when using this system.
Do not follow any route suggestions if they direct you to perform unsafe or illegal maneuver which
would place you in an unsafe situation.
You must obey the traffic signs and follow the road geometry at all times. If you deviate from the route
that Rosen Navigation recommended, Rosen Navigation will recalculate the route and make changes
to the instructions accordingly.
