Fit gauges to the high side access valve and
observe the discharge pressure. Nominal
pressure should be as per the table below.
The average water temperature in the tank can
be determined by adding the water temperature
at the hot water outlet and the surface
temperature of the cylinder at the thermostat
and dividing the result by 2 i.e. 65+45=110
110/2 = 55.
