Service. All printed copies not bearing this statement in RED are deemed "uncontrolled".
Disconnect the wiring to the
capacitor and using a multimeter
set on the capacitance (uf) scale
measure across the capacitor
terminals.
Normal capacitance is 25uF
Using a multimeter set on the AC
volts scale, measure between
terminal 5 and neutral on the
terminal strip.
Normal voltage is 240 volts
