Specifying settings (for Mac OS X)

From the "File" menu, select "Print".

Select "Security".

Specify settings for the following:
Print: Specifies conditions for "Secure Print" and "Box Hold".
Secure Print: Enters ID and password when "Secure Print" is selected
in "Output Method". Enter the ID and password on this machine's con-
trol panel when printing. (Up to 100 documents)
Save in User Box: Enters file name and box number when "Save in User
Box" or "Save in User Box and Print" is selected in "Output Method".
Proof and Print: After part of the document has been printed, this ma-
chine stops printing temporarily. Select to avoid misprinting a large vol-
ume of print jobs.
