    The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand.

    OPERATION Switch ALWAYS PICK UP YOUR PLANER BEFORE DEPRESSING THE SWITCH. The planer is started by first depressing the lock off button on the side of the handle and then the trigger switch. The planer will not start unless the lock off button is depressed.
  • Page 8 OPERATION (cont.) Edge Chamfering Your planer has a precision machined groove in the front shoe for planing along a corner of the wood. It is a good idea to try a scrap piece of wood before doing final pieces. CHANGING AND ADJUSTING BLADES For best results, keep the blades clean and replace when necessary.
