    The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand.

    GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Warning! Read all instructions, Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. The term “Power Tool” in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool.

    TOOL OPERATION Switch ALWAYS PICK UP YOUR PALM PLANER BEFORE DEPRESSING THE SWITCH. The palm planer is started by first depressing the lock-off button (2) on the top of the handle and then depress the On/Off switch (3). The palm planer will not start unless the lock off button (2) is depressed.
  • Page 9 TOOL OPERATION (cont.) Dust Bag Regularly check and empty the dust bag for best results. Changing And Adjusting Blades For best results, keep the blades clean and replace when necessary. To Change Blades Before you make any adjustments, make sure the power cord has been disconnected from the electricity supply.
