    Following a few general tips can prolong the life of your frying pan: Always wash the pan and lid as soon as possible after each use. DO NOT pour cold water into a hot pan. Never scrape with hard or sharp utensils when cleaning. DO NOT place the thermostat control/ probe on the pan surface.
