• Place

and then it will "Hold

CAUTION:
From
time to time, the same
kind of foods
may vary in shape,
form and density,
and,
therefore
will
not produce
the same
results
each time. For this reason,
we do not recommend
using the temperature
controlled
settings
for thin food
items
or for foods
that require
tenderizing
by
simmering.
Also
in some
cases
the
microwave
oven may shut off prematurely.
This means
that either the temperature
probe
is not placed properly
or that it should
not be used with this type of food.
