Requirement
1. The clamps must rise quickly enough so that the thread leader in the bobbin is not too
high.
2. The clamps must rise as fast as possible.

Adjust throttle 1 (raise) in accordance with the requirement.
Adjust throttle 2 (lower) so that there is no noise is made when lowering.
