7. INSTALLING THE CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONNECTING POWER
7.1 Identification of the Components
ETN1000/2:
Wall mounted thermostat.
Features local temperature readout and
adjustment, on/off pushbuttons, mode
adjustment, fan adjustment and I/R
receiving.
RT-01:
I/R Transmitter (Remote Control).
Daily programmable.
Optional Supply.
Important! The control wires between the main control box and the wall mounted
thermostat utilize low voltage 12V DC.
The control wires must run in separate tracks, at least 50 mm away from high
voltage cables (230 or 400 Volts).
Avoid also proximity to communication cables or RF interference. The use of
shielded cables is recommended in such locations.
7.2 Installing the Wall Mounted Units and the Remote Control
• Remove all control components from their packaging.
• Install the in-room wall mounted units. For each unit repeat the following procedure:
• Separate the front panel from the back panel by depressing the tongue lock
located in the upper part of the unit.
• Push the back panel out.
• Line the back panel up against the wall or against any other flat surface onto
which it is to be mounted. Drill holes and use appropriate fixing screws to
fasten the panel to its location.
• Complete the electrical connections according to the suitable electrical wiring
diagrams.
• Close back the covers of the units to their base.
IRR/1:
I/R Room Receiver, wall mounted.
Enables the use of the Remote Control unit
from another room.
Up to 10 Room Receivers can be daisy
chained.
Optional supply.
