Firmware Upgrade
Configuration parameters above were tested with firmware release 5.2.13 . If your adapter is using an older
release (check Voice menu, Info->Product Information->Software Version) maybe a software upgrade is
needed.
Download the latest firmware from the adapter manufacturer support site
•
Extract the Zip file, and then run the executable file to upgrade the firmware.

When the Firmware Upgrade Warning window appears, click Continue.

In the next window that appears, enter the IP address of the ATA device, and then click OK.
•
In the Confirm Upgrade window, verify that the correct device information and product number
•
appear. Then click Upgrade.
A progress message appears while the upgrade is in progress.

The success window appears when the upgrade is completed. The device reboots. Click OK to close
•
the confirmation message.
To verify the upgrade, point the web browser to the IP address of the ATA device
•
Static IP configuration
We recommend to use a DHCP server on your Local Area Network in order to allow your adapter to
automatically configure its network parameters. Should you need to assign a static IP address, please follow
the Quick Install guide provided with your adapter. Remember that you need to find a free IP address
compatible with your network and assign via IVR commands such IP address and its netmask (eg.
192.168.1.100 and 255.255.255.0) . Such parameters should be enough to access the device via web
browser and allow you to configure any other value.
Factory Reset
You can restore factory default settings with the following steps:
