Perform Maintenance At 156,000 km or 72 Months
❏ Change the engine oil and oil filter. Under no circumstances should the oil change interval
exceed 13,000 km or 6 months whichever occurs first.*
❏ Rotate tires, rotate at the first sign of irregular wear even if it occurs prior to this service.
❏ Inspect all door latches for presence of grease, reapply if necessary.
❏ Replace the engine air filter.
❏ Inspect the brake linings; replace if necessary.
❏ Inspect the front and rear axle fluid; change if using your vehicle for any of the following: po-
lice, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing.
❏ Inspect the CV joints.
❏ Inspect the exhaust system.
❏ Inspect the front suspension components, tie rod ends and boot seals; replace if necessary.
❏ Inspect the PCV valve; replace if necessary.
❏ Inspect the transfer case fluid.
❏ Adjust the parking brake on vehicles equipped with four-wheel disc brakes.
❏ Change the manual transmission fluid if using your vehicle for any of the following: trailer
towing, snow plowing, heavy loading, taxi, police, delivery service, fleet, off-road, desert opera-
tion or more than 50% of your driving is at sustained high speeds during hot weather, above
32°C (90°F).
❏ Replace the ignition cables.
❏ Replace the spark plugs.
* Oil changes that are prompted by the oil change indicator system prior to this schedule mainte-
nance interval can be recorded in the oil change log section.
