Problem
Pressing the "ON" key, the UPS
doesn't turn on.
No output voltage detected.
Low performance of the bat-
teries.
Whether it is not possible to solve the problem, contact an authorized
reseller making sure to have the following information:
• UPS serial number
• Date of purchase and installation
• Detailed description of the problem
Solution
The power cord and / or the
batteries are not properly
connected, check the cable
connection and in particular the
connections.
The entry fuse is blown. Check
on the fuse state and eventually
replace it.
The UPS output detects an
overload or a short circuit.
Check on the connection wire.
Make sure the load does not
exceed 400W total.
The battery is uncharged.
Charge the batteries, following
the instructions.
Battery malfunctioning due
to aging. Replace the battery
group.
