Navigation Keys

The eircom advantage IP Professional phone allows call control and programming operations to be
performed quickly and intuitively using the phone display and the context sensitive navigation keys.

Function Keys

The system phone has 6 fixed function keys, 4 context sensitive display-associated keys, a green
speaker (off hook) key and a red on-hook or return to root key.
Fixed Function Keys
These keys provide single touch access to the most commonly used features of the system:

Trunk 1 to make or receive a call on trunk line 1

Trunk 2 to make or receive a call on trunk line 2
MESSAGE for voice mails and missed calls
REDIAL for any of the last 10 numbers
FORWARD to forward or divert calls
HOLD to allow enquiry and transfer

Dual Colour Lamps (LEDs)

Each function key has a red and a green lamp. Green is associated with this phone. Red is
associated with other users of the system. Fast flashing denotes ringing, slow flashing is
for a held or parked call and continuously 'on' means an active call.
