2.1.3. Installation on Ethernet
Follow the same install operation as " Installation on Parallel I/F" until you see
the dialog to specify port as shown below.
If you have no TCP/IP Port which has same IP Address as printer has, click
"Create Port...".
Select "Standard TCP/IP Port" and click "New Port...".
