Power Take
Off (PTO) Controls
-
(If Equipped)
These controls, located on the end of the multifunction
lever and on the instrument panel, regulate the
engine speed.
If your vehicle is not equipped with cruise control, your
controls for the PTO feature are the following:

PTO OFF/ON
D
PTO UP
D
PTO DOWN
If your vehicle is equipped with cruise control, your
controls for the PTO feature are the following:

Cruise (On/Off)
D
R/A (Resume/Accelerate)
D
SET
The PTO enable switch is located on the upper left
corner of the instrument panel. Together, these switches
can control PTO engagement and engine speeds.

Engaging PTO
To activate and engage the PTO use the following steps:
1. Stop your vehicle.
2. Shift the transmission to NEUTRAL (N)
or PARK (P).
3. Move the PTO switch (cruise control switch,
if equipped) to the on position.
4. Press the PTO enable switch on the instrument panel.
The engine speed will increase to the PTO standby
speed, a factory default setting of 1,200 rpm. This
speed is intended for engagement only, this is not an
operation speed.
Engagement procedures could vary, so before
engaging PTO, refer to the PTO manufacturer or
installer's instructions.
You can now use the PTO controls (cruise controls) to
operate/regulate PTO speeds.
