Lift the magnet (D) up into the washer protrusion facing back, then hand-tighten nut (A) into flywheel attachment screw (C).

    Generator-powered unit must be operated at 25 steps per minute or more to get stride function. STEP TO START appears on display if exercise speed is too slow for generator operation. Start Up There are two ways to start the 8300 Elliptical Trainer: (1) Generator Start: Exercise on the unit; (2) Battery Start: Press display ON key.
