WARNING: Failure to position
the parts in accordance with these
diagrams or failure to use only
parts specifically approved with
this heater may result in property
damage or personal injury.
Each log is marked with a number. These
numbers will help you identify the log when
installing. It is very important to install
these logs exactly as instructed. Do not
modify logs. Only use logs supplied with
heater.
1.
Place the back log (#1) onto the back
of the burner. Make sure the log sits
down into the hole in the grate and leans
forward onto the two posts in front of
the log (see Figure 28).
2.
Locate the notches on the underside of
the front log (#2). Also notice the re-
cesses on the back of log #2. Slide the
notches over the tabs on the grate base
and the front posts into the recesses on
the back (see Figure 29).
3.
Place the crossover log (#3) on top of
the back log and front log. Make sure
the crossover log is seated into the
notchs on top of the back and front logs
(see Figure 30).
4.
Add lava rock around base of heater.
Do not put lava rock on logs or burner.
