H. List of Controls
Once the accessories, bowls, lids and pushers are correctly in
place, pour the ingredients into the bowl and select one of the
following control buttons to start the motor.
on and oFF
These functions start and stop the motor. Pour the ingredients
either directly into the bowl or through the feed tube. Press
the blue button indicator light will come on and the motor will
start. Press
when your preparation is ready. The motor will
stop.
note: The processor will not start if the large pusher is not
correctly positioned (see section 3G). The processor will
stop automatically when you remove the large pusher.
Pulse
This function lets you operate the unit in short bursts. When
this function is used, the appliance motor runs for as long as the
button is pressed. The blue indicator light for the button will go
on every time this button is pressed.
This function lets you control the result of the preparation by
more accurately letting you react to the desired consistency.
Pétrir (pâte)
This function is used with the dough blade. The unit will operate
at an optimal speed for kneading. Using this function, the speed
of the motor will adjust to the consistency of the dough. You will
have perfect results very quickly!
Press
The blue indicator light will come on. The unit is ready
to knead the dough. Press
note: Use only the dough blade to knead dough.
Use only the XXL bowl for kneading dough.
