Shows the service mode which can be:

Current count of assigned multi-carrier
Total network assigned data rate of carriers
CARRIER [#]
Current CDMA channel number
RSSI value (Unit: –dBm). The bigger the number is, the weaker the re-
ceived signal is. 255(0xff) means no signal
Current signal level (Unit: dB)
Pilot PN of current CDMA network cell
Data rate of each carrier
