Chapter 4: Programming &

PRE-SET Programs
Quick Start Workout:
Quick Start into a manual workout by pressing START
Pressing START begins your workout.
Adjust speed or incline at any time by using the dedicated SPEED and INCLINE keys
Change data readouts by pressing the CHANGE DISPLAY key.
Pause your workout by pressing the STOP key.
Manual Workouts:
Quick Start into a manual workout by pressing START, the treadbelt starts at 0.5 mph OR:
Setting Time or Distance Targets:
Press MANUAL
Enter your time and press ENTER.
or press ENTER to be prompted for a target distance.
You can keep adjusting your workout setup by repeatedly pressing ENTER.
Your workout starts only when you press START.
Adjust speed or incline at any time by using the dedicated SPEED and INCLINE keys
Quick Workouts:
Press the WALK key to quickstart the treadmill to 3 mph.
Press the WALK + RUN key to quickstart the treadmill into the walk segment of Level 8 Speed Intervals,
alternating between 3 & 6 mph in one-minute increments.
Press the RUN key to quickstart the treadmill to 6 mph.
Press the COOL DOWN key to exit your workout into a walk. The cool-down speed at 0% grade is calculated to
be 40% of your average workout intensity or 2.5 mph, whichever is lower.
You cannot exit the WALK, RUN, WALK + RUN, or COOL DOWN program to original or new program.
