FREEZER COMPONENTS

Control panel

1. Power switch (POWER): Switch for ON/OFF off all functions except remote alarm and back-up
system (MDF-192AT only).

3. Back-up test switch (TEST): Examine the functions of the back-up system. This switch allows
liquid CO to spout under any circumstances. Handle it according to page 21 "Back-up system".

4. Remote alarm switch (REMOTE ALARM): This switch is for remote alarm. Turn the switch to OFF
if the remote alarm is not desired. In case of operating remote alarm, turn the switch to ON.
5. Mode change key (PV/SV): Pressing this key leads temperature set mode and the digit that can be
changed blinks. The initial set is -85
6. Digit shift key (
using this key in set mode.
7. Numerical value shift key (
this key in set mode. In display mode, pressing this key for more than 5 seconds leads the set mode of
alarm recovery time. Refer to page 17 for alarm temperature setting and page 18 for setting of alarm
resume time.
8. Enter key (ENT): By pressing this key in set mode, the setting is memorized and set mode is
completed.
9. Alarm test key (ALARM): This key is used for checking the alarm function during freezer operation.
Check that the alarm lamp and the buzzer are functional by pressing this key.
10. Alarm buzzer stop key (BUZZER): To stop the alarm from sounding, press this key. Should a
further abnormality occur, the buzzer will sound automatically.
11. Alarm lamp (ALARM): This lamp will flash when the unit is in alarm condition.
12. Filter check lamp (FILTER CHECK): This lamp lights when the condenser filter is clogged. Clean
the condenser filter according to page 25 "Cleaning of condenser filter".
