EFFECT 2 mixing bus. The channel signals mixed by this bus are sent via the EFFECT SEND 2 fader to the EFFECT SEND 2 jack. The output signal is also fed into CA-6220/8220’s internal digital signal processor. Thus, a signal fed to the EFFECT 2 bus using this control can be processed externally or internally.

These standard 1/4” phone jacks and speaker connectors are the main speaker-level outputs from the CA-6220/8220’s power amplifier. The CA-6220/8220 provides two pairs of stereo speaker output jack, labeled L and R. The L and R jacks for each output channel are wired in parallel. If you connect a speaker system may be as low as 4Ω.

USING THE CHANNEL EQUALIZERS Each of the CA-6220/8220’s input channels has three equalizer (EQ) controls that make it possible to independently equalize the channel’s signal to some degree. The rule of thumb, however, is that equaliza- tion should not be used unless it is absolutely necessary.
