Connecting Your Touch Panel

The ETP-1500 touch panel communicates with FireBall using a serial connection. You should use COM port 2 for the

Touch Panel.

Follow these steps to connect the ETP-1500 to your FireBall:

1. Put your FireBall into Standby mode by pressing the POWER button on the front panel until the

front panel display is off.

2. Connect your ETP-1500 to COM port 2 on the back of FireBall using the supplied serial cable.

3. Connect the supplied S-Video cable from one of FireBall's S-Video output jacks to the S-Video

input on bottom edge the ETP-1500 screen.

4. Connect the supplied power cable from the ETP-1500 to an AC outlet.

5. Power on your FireBall using the front panel POWER button.

FireBall will automatically recognize that an ETP-1500 is connected to COM port 2 and display the Touch Panel

Overlay buttons around the perimeter of the screen.
