3.5.3 Manual Record

Entering "ManualRec", will show the setup interface, or press "REC" button on the front panel
of the DVR or remote control.
1. Channel: You may choose to record by channel options are channels 1 thru 4
2. Status: Show the status of each channel. If channel is recording, status states "REC". If
the channel is NOT recording, status states "IDLE".
3. REC: To select the channel to begin recording click on the options box and change the
blank check box to an 'X'
NOTE: Blank = No Recording (IDLE), X = Recording (REC)
4. OK: Setup completed, Click the "OK" button, to save the changes to the system.
5. CANCEL: Click the "CANCEL" button to cancel all changes, nothing will be saved.
NOTE: When a channel is recording the REC LED light on the DVR will glow green and the
individual channel will show a round RED record icon next to the channel number in the
bottom right hand corner of each channel.
Note: If the DVR's power is interrupted or restarted the DVR will continue recording once
powered up again. This ensures that you are always protected even in the case of a
power flickers.
