4. The following screen is displayed when the Search by room no option is selected. Similar screens are
displayed for other options such as mobile number and voucher number. Type in the search query
using the keypad and press the CONFIRM Key to enter it.
5. If there is an entry with a unbilled voucher for the search the following screen is displayed with the
result and the date and time the voucher was created, as shown below. Similar screens are displayed
for results based on other search criteria.
6. Press the CONFIRM Key to select the unbilled voucher. A confirmation screen is displayed as on the
next page. Press the CONFIRM Key to print the bill for the postpaid voucher.
