Step 3 allows you to enable bandwidth restriction for all users on the network.
To enable bandwidth restriction, check the Enable bandwidth restriction checkbox and enter the
Upload speed limit and Download speed limit separately in Kbit/s.
Click Next to move to the next step.

In the above screenshot, each user will be given a 2 Mbps bandwidth with 1 Mbps for upload and 1
Mbps for download since 1024 Kbit/s = 1 Mb/s.

Step 4 is used for uploading customized Login page, Terms and Conditions page, Authentication
Error page, Logout page and Disconnected page.
