Account Code Calls

➤ To enter a Forced Account Code
1. Access an outside line.
2. Enter the Forced Account Code.
3. Listen for dial tone. Busy tone indicates an
invalid code. If you are dialing with Least
Cost Routing, you will not hear dial tone.
4. Dial a telephone number.
➤ To enter a Voluntary Account Code
1. While connected to a CO line or other
outside line, press
