[3]-3. Armature
DISASSEMBLING
(1) Separate Housing set R from Housing set L (Fig. 4).
(2) Remove Helical gear 35 and Ball bearing 6902ZZ (Fig. 5).
(3) Remove motor section (Fig. 7).

Armature) from Housing L.
Then, remove Leaf spring.

ASSEMBLING
Do the reverse step of Disassembling (Fig. 7, Fig. 4).
Note: Before mounting Armature and Field, mount Leaf spring to Housing L at the Bearing box for Ball bearing 627ZZ
of Armature's commutator side (Fig. 8).

Make sure to insert Leaf spring between Housing and Ball bearing 627ZZ
as described below to support Ball bearing 627ZZ at the two portions.

2. Pull out Armature from Field.
Now Armature can be replaced.
