Driving and Operating
1. Press the
/
button at the
end of the lever. The Cruise
On message appears in
the instrument cluster. See
Instrument Cluster on page 5 8.
2. Get up to the desired speed.
3. Turn the band down to
and then release it. The Cruise
Set To message appears on the
instrument cluster.
4. Take your foot off the accelerator
pedal.
Resuming a Set Speed
If the cruise control is set at a
desired speed and then the brakes
are applied or the
pressed once, the cruise control is
disengaged without erasing the set
speed from memory.

Increasing Speed While Using
Cruise Control

release it.
To slow down in small amounts,
turn the band to
SET briefly
and then release it. Each time
this is done, the vehicle goes
about 1.6 km/h (1 mph) slower.
