Activate This Device

Connect to the network and activate your phone. If your phone is already activated, use this option to
view information about your plan and usage.

2. Tap Activate this device, and then follow the prompts to activate your phone on the network.

System Update

Use System update options to update your phone's internal software.

2. Tap System Update to use these options:
Update: M anually check for software update.

Auto update: C heck for updates automatically.

Wi-Fi only: D ownload software updates only when connected via Wi-Fi.

Update PRL: D ownload and the latest Preferred Roaming List (PRL), used by your phone

to access the network.
Update Profile: U pdate the user profile related to your wireless service account. If you

choose to change your user name online, use this option to update the user name on your
phone.
UICC Unlock: U nlock your phone's Universal Integrated Circuit Card.

View information about your phone, including status, legal information, hardware and software
versions, and a tutorial.
