to start a new memo in text mode, or tap
You can change back and forth in a memo to add text with the keyboard and by writing with your
finger.
3. Tap to access memo options. Available options depend on whether you have saved the
memo, or are in keyboard mode. Memo options may include:
Share via: S hare your memo using Group Play, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, Add to Dropbox,
l
Flipboard, Picasa, Messaging, Google+, Hangouts, Gmail, or Email.
Delete: E rase the memo.
l
Export: S ave the memo to your Gallery or as a PDF.
l
Save as: S ave the memo with a different name.
l
Add tag: S et tags to add in searches.
l
Add to Favorites: T ag the current memo as a favorite.
l
Change background: S et the background for your memo. Swipe the screen to the left or
l
right to select a background and then tap Done.
Edit pages: D rag pages to a new order.
l
Create event: L aunch Calendar to create a new event.
l
Set as: S et a memo as a contact icon, Home screen wallpaper, Lock screen wallpaper, or a
l
widget.
Print: P rint a memo to a compatible Samsung printer (not included) via Wi-Fi.

4. When you are finished creating your memo, tap Save on the top menu bar.
S Memo Options
Configure S Memo options.

2. From the S Memo screen, tap
Search: S earch for a saved memo.

Delete: P ermanently delete a memo.
l
Sort by: S ort the memo list by Date (most recent), Date (oldest), Name, Tag, Favorites, or

User settings.
List view/Thumbnail view: T ap to view your existing memos in a list or thumbnail (default)
l
view.
