* This workout requires the user to wear the telemetry chest strap or to grip the Lifepulse system sensors.
** Target Heart Rate (THR) is a percentage of the theoretical maximum. For example, a 40-year-old user's THR for
the FAT BURN workout is 117. This workout targets 65 percent of the maximum, so the equation would be
(220-40)*.65=117. When the MESSAGE CENTER displays a Target Heart Rate, either accept it by pressing ENTER,
or change the value with the LEVEL ARROW key, and then press ENTER.
*** If a calorie or distance goal is being used, the MESSAGE CENTER does not display a prompt for a time duration.
