Water System Checklist

A water-related problem often causes the same
symptoms as a refrigeration system component
malfunction.
Example: A water dump valve leaking during the
freeze cycle, a system low on charge, and a starving
TXV have similar symptoms.
Water system problems must be identified and
eliminated prior to replacing refrigeration components.
