Q:
What does it mean if the display panel is flashing?

This means that the money box is not completely secure. There is a switch inside the rear of the
coin housing which must be pressed by the back of the coin box. When the money box was last
emptied, it has not been put back into place properly and has not pushed in the switch. Remove
the box and re-insert, making sure it is securely replaced. Upon doing this, the screen will revert
back to the normal display
