This brief manual will answer the most commonly asked questions we receive for the Maytag product

Q:
My Stack Washer & Dryer display is showing an error code when I turn the
access panel key – what does it mean?
After opening the access panel on the front of the machine, the control panel shows an error
code. These are all listed below:

Dryer door sense error on control board or due to power line interference (dryer
cycles and dryer display disabled until diagnostic code is manually cleared)
d2
Washer door sense error on control board or due to power line interference
(washer cycles and display disabled until diagnostic code is manually cleared)
d4
Dryer motor circuit error (dryer cycles and dryer display disabled until diagnostic
code is manually cleared)
d5
Blocked coin 1 or coin drop control circuit failure (coin recognition and entire
display disabled while blockage persists)
- If you know how, you can try to unblock the coin or phone for a service call.
d7
Slow fill detected during previous cycle (washer cycle paused but can be re-started)
d8
Last drain was slow
d9
Voltage detected below 90vac for 8 seconds
d10
Washer door lock sense error or due to power line interference (washer spins
inhibited until corrected)
d11
Washer motor speed error detected (washer cycle paused but can be re-started)
d12
Dryer motor sense error on control board or due to power line interference (dryer
cycles and display disabled until diagnostic code is manually cleared)
d13
Blocked coin 2 or coin drop control circuit failure (coin recognition and entire display
disabled while blockage persists)
*If you see any of these error codes, unless otherwise mentioned, press and hold 'Delicates & Knits'
button for approx 3 seconds. This will reset the machine. If the error appears again after the reset,
please call our After Sales Department on 1300 RICHARD (742 427)
