THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
These limited warranties shall not be effec-
tive unless the Hunter Warranty Registration
Form and Pre-Delivery Service Record,
which are furnished with each new boat, are
filled out completely and returned to Hunter
within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Respon-
sibility for sending the completed Registra-
tion Form remains with the dealer.
It is critical that the Warranty Registration
Form is signed by both the dealer and the
owner and returned to Hunter. Warranty
coverage cannot be initiated until Hunter re-
ceives the completed form. All repairs and/or
TRANSFER OF LIMITED WARRANTIES
Limited warranties will be transferred to a
subsequent purchaser of the boat if:
(1) The subsequent purchaser gives
Hunter written notice of transfer of owner-
ship within thirty (30) days of the transfer.
